Wow Project, Yas Island
Creating a bright, welcoming environment
A Project Like No Other
Located on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi's premier entertainment and leisure destination, the Wow project is a shopping center that combines expansive glazed rooflighting with natural ventilation to create a bright, welcoming retail environment.
Smoke ventilation design
The project features Kingspan's Coltlite system, installed by certified partner Colt LLC, flooding the central atrium with natural daylight while framing dramatic sightlines across the double-height retail space. Completed in 2023, the installation reflects the growing demand across the UAE for daylighting solutions that reduce reliance on artificial lighting while enhancing the visual and architectural quality of large-scale commercial spaces.
