A “Fresh Factory” is a production environment optimised for comfort, temperature, and air quality. At its core, the tailored concept combines natural ventilation with  intelligent control by using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to validate our solution and maintain a well-regulated internal environment — even in high-heat industrial settings. The result? Better performance, lower energy bills, and healthier people.

There's no standard solution. The design concept includes 2 site surveys and 3 analysis for a complete understanding. 

Canpack sought a suitable way to cool its Helmond plant (Netherlands), where machinery generated intense heat. The aim: enabling workers to perform more safely and efficiently without installing a simple cooling system (won't be enough).

Not only do we design and install the Fresh Factory solution but also guarantee the performance to maintain the temperature. The result ? This system has now been successfully implemented in 4 Canpack plants worldwide.

At the heart of the Fresh Factory concept is an intelligent control system that continuously monitors indoor temperature and external weather conditions. Using data from integrated sensors, it automatically adjusts ventilation levels to maintain a stable and comfortable environment. This not only optimises energy use but also ensures consistent air quality and thermal comfort throughout the day, regardless of changing production loads or weather.
