For this new high school (capacity of approximately 1,500 students), the project follows an environmental quality approach, with a “zero-energy” target.
The aim was to create an educational building that would set an exemplary standard in terms of environmental performance.

Natural light and fresh air were key elements of this building which is home to over 1500 students on a daily basis. Our products contribute towards realising this objective with daily ventilaiton and natural daylighting.
For this purpose Kingspan Light + Air advised and installed a natural smoke ventilation system consisting of 37 Ecovision ventilation windows for air inlet and 24 Optima louvred ventilators in the glass roof for air outlet.
